Quail hunting plantation concepts
The quail are generally released by the operator of a quail plantation in Florida in September. Hunting begins in October. Hunters can not tell which birds are released birds or wild birds because they all behave like wild birds by the time hunting starts. Sometimes a quail plantation in Florida will restrict the number of hunters and dogs allowed on the plantation at any given time. You will also be limited on the number of birds you can take.
